The vessel is designed as an Inspection, Maintenance and Repair vessel to support offshore petroleum platform repair, installation and maintenance equipment on the sea floor and diving operations.

This vessel, commissioned by Otto Candies Ltd., can accommodate up to 76 crew and includes a gymnasium and a cinema. It is the third of three in a series.

The main propulsion drives are Schottel electric azimuthing thrusters powered by four Caterpillar, 3516C diesel generators each rated for maximum continuous duty at 3,150 HP at 1,800 RPM with a combined 12,600 horse power.
